I screen shoot them from a utube video and can see the info about contact us and in eye site you can see other different names
Yes they got my money and offering me $7 back shipp I ng wad $10.00 the product an ice maker was $27.00

Does anyone have experience ordering from tidebuy to Canada? I want to place a ~$60 order, but I'm afraid I'll end up paying a ton of duties/taxes.
Run and delete! Bad Company. Computer generated emails. No contact will never refund your money

I also had to pay $31.21 duties and taxes on my order. The order itself was also around $30 so I'm really disappointed to have to pay double the price for my order. Don't order from TideBuy, it's just not worth it.

I ordered from Canada. I'm disappointed in TideBuy. I ordered 8 items and they are coming one at a time from a courier company with more duty and taxes than I originally paid for each item. The clothes are very nice and I will keep them, but I will never buy through TideBuy again.

I am very much confused about the excellent review posts about tidebuy. I am based in Dubai, and have purchased an item from tidebuy on 6 Jun and not been received so far. The really funny thing is, they have sent an email on 14 Jun, saying that my item was shipped using China Post, with a link and tracking number t check the status. The link shows full of chinese characters without the ability to translate to any other language. How bad is the online experience from tidebuy.

I would advice not to buy from this site, if you have already had a bad experience. I had a very bad shopping experience and never received my item. I only got a refund because i had paid via paypal and started a dispute otherwise i would not have got my money back. If you do decided to take a massive risk and buy from tidebuy i would strongly advice you use paypal as it gives you some protection. But I really hope you don't buy from this site, before you do, do your research, go to: http://www.scamadviser.com/ They check sites and let you know if they are trust worthy. I can tell you now that tidebuy dosent do very well. The site will explain why they don't score well and then you can make an informed decision about whether or not to buy from tidebuy. My advice would me not to its more stress than its worth.

Buy locally. These people do not deliver what is promised! They also do not take returns. Paying more from someplace you know is well worth the price!

My purchase with TideBuy was a total waste of money as I could not wear what I bought. Cheap materials, defects, bad sewing, poor quality and size not standard. I use small and some did not fit me and some was oversize. Do not be fooled by the free shipping. I had to pay taxes(on original prices) on the items upon delivery and finally the items were a lot more expensive. Now it`s a wedding dress and should be your dream dress. I would definitely advise you not to buy from this site. Buy local where you can try on, see what you are paying for is worth it. You should be happy with your purchase of a wedding dress. Even if it cost you more, you will not land with a terrible purchase that you do not know what to do with. Do not be lured by what you see on line or the positive reviews (I do not know how come) you see. Consider the bad experiences so many buyers went through. Wish you the very best for your wedding!
